Child welfare act "Jidoufukushi-ho" .
If you still don`t have that, please contact the Health and Welfare Section
of the Public Health and Welfare Center in your local ward.

You need to bear 10% of actual charge which based on the Child welfare

This charge is standard of 2017 and it changes any time by affecting addition
and subtraction or revision of the law.
This 10% charge has an upper limit of sum that user pays per month.
This limit has 3 levels, 0, 4,600 and 37,200 JPY. It depends on the sum
of the municipal tax which decided by the Municipality.
We also ask you a cost of teaching materials and snack with notification in addition.
